Formerly called the New Amsterdam, New York got its name from the Duke a York, who was the brother of Charles II, King of England.





Why travel to New York? 



New York is divided into 5 boroughs, which means there is a diversity of things to experience and see.

The Bronx: located in the northern part of New York, it is the place hip-hop came to life!

Brooklyn: located in the south of New York, Brooklyn is mostly famous for the Brooklyn Bridge

Manhattan: considered to be the birthplace of New York, Manhattan is famous for the East River, Times Square and the Theater District on its western edge.

Queens: located in the eastern part of New York, the Queens is considered to be the most culturally diversified area in NYC, making it the most interesting place to visit

Staten Islands: located in the southwest of New York, this area is often neglected by tourists, however a New York visit shouldn't miss this surprising island!
